For application, please submit the documents mentioned below (1-8)

* All sections must be filled.

* Foreign spouse’s passport or ID number should be written.

2)Passport copies of the both spouses (passports should be valid)

3)KON’IN TODOKE(sealed copy)

4)KON’IN JURI SHOMEISHO(original)

5)If the foreign spouse is Japanese national,KOSEKI TOHON(original one with marriage records)

6) IF ONE OF THE SPOUSES IS NEITHER TURKISH NOR JAPANESE CITIZEN,eligibility certificate for marriage and/or marriage-divorce records from his/her country’s official authorities.(The documents must be in either Japanese or English, and officially sealed)

7) Application fee1823 JPY (PLEASE SEND THE EXACT AMMOUNT)

8)Red Letter Pack(Pre-paid return envelope) (Please write your postal address to receiver section)
