To apply, submit the documents explained below (1-5)

1)Application Form(PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE PDF FILE BELOW)

* All sections must be filled.

* Foreign spouse should write his/her passport or ID number

2)Passport copies of the parties(passports should be valid)

3)IF ONE OF THE PARTIES IS NEITHER TURKISH NOR JAPANESE CITIZEN, eligibilitycertificate for marriage from his/her country’s official authorities (It must be in either Japanese or English, and officially sealed)

4) Application fee 1823 JPY(PLEASE SUBMIT THE EXACT AMOUNT)

5)Red Letter Pack (Pre-paid return envelope) (Please write your postal address to receiver section)

Important note:

If Turkish side is not in Japan, this certificate cannot be issued.
