5)Turkish translation
of the documents with Apostille and passport/ID card of the foreign party are required. The translations should be done by our

sworn translators.

6) Petition

* It should be filled and signed at the Embassy/Consulate.

* One of the parties can submit the documents. However, if the foreign party wishes to submit the documents, he/she should speak Turkish at the native speaker level Turkish. Otherwise, foreign party should be accompanied by one of oursworn translatorsfor the transactions.
